Having worked as a professional chef in kitchens and restaurants for almost two decades, Amanda brings her formal culinary training, as well as her ever expanding knowledge base of herbology and organic food cultivation to provide a confident blend of nurturing and stress relief to expectant and postpartum mothers. With passion toward all things food and wellness, and a calling to help women navigate their unique pregnancy journey, Amanda uses her skills to nourish both body and soul.

She lends a compassionate and empathetic ear throughout her service to you. We believe every family deserves superior care and support from the very beginning too and understand the challenges of caring not only for yourself, but your family, starting with the first trimester.
